Kraftwerk legend Karl Bartos to release memoir 'The Sound of the Machine'

Karl Bartos will release his memoir in July.

The electronic pioneer, who was a member of Kraftwerk from 1974 through 1990, will shine a light on his childhood, musical life in Kraftwerk and beyond, his musical philosophy and process, and much more. The 608 page hardcover book is titled The Sound of the Machine - My Life in Kraftwerk and Beyond and will be published by Omnibus Press on July 21st. View the pre-order options here.
